By engaging in OEM/ODM projects or placing orders, you agree to comply with, but are not limited to, the following terms:
1. Certification and documentation: Comply with IFRA/HALAL certification requirements for submitted formulations and provide accurate safety data sheets (SDS) for raw materials. 2. Product Development Process: Briefing (Submit technical specifications, such as concentration, notes and allergens); Prototyping (3 iterations included, some charges for additional sample); Certification (IFRA compliance validation); Production (Lead time 30-45 days post-final approval). 3. Payment Terms: Deposit (50% upfront via T/T or L/C); Balance due before shipment (FOB Guangzhou); Late payment (monthly 1.5% interest + production hold). 4. Quality Assurance: Defect Claims (Must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with batch verification and third-party test report); Remedies (Re-production or prorated refund); Exclusions (Scent variance within ±5% due to natural ingredients). 5. Termination: By LEXIN (Material breach of IFRA guidelines or financial insolvency); By Client (20% cancellation fee after prototyping or full payment if molds created). 6. Governing Law and Disputes: Jurisdiction (Courts of Guangzhou, China); Arbitration (CIETAC for cross-border disputes). 7.
